Dark Roasting Naturals.
I recently had a gift from a friend of a Dark Roasted Natural ethiopian yirgacheffe. It was a pretty awesome cup of coffee that had your classic dark roast cup but also nice fruits notes.
Same here. The higher acidity and sweetness in many natural ethio's helps support a darker roast where the elevated temperature would have other wise severely depleted soluble sugars and acidity leaving the aftertaste nothing but char.
There's probably gold in the 'dem 'dere hills. 🙂
