Is there an exhaust temp ROR in roast path? I don't see it in the chart settings. Thanks

You may be thinking of environmental temp?
We moved the exhaust temp probe to the drum face as an ET probe many years ago.
The ET location has the option to display a rate of rise.
It could be valuable on a lower powered, lighter built machine, but I've never found it of much practical use on our roasters.
