FAN and DRUM Data Readings Flipped in RoastPATH
Four Arrows Coffee from Cedar Rapids, Iowa on a new MCR 3KG Digital Control Panel Unit.
The question is: in RoastPATH the readings for 'FAN' and 'DRUM' are flipped. Is there a simple solution to flip those readings around? For example...on the 3KG digital control panel the 'FAN' Hz reads 25 but shows on RoastPATH as 40 Hz...which is actually the 'DRUM' Hz read from the digital control panel (vice versa for the 'DRUM' Hz readings).
Thanks everyone,
Jordan D Dreyer
Hi Jordan,
With this last update we are finding that some roaster configurations setup in the past are incorrect. This can be fixed by editing the roaster on the portal, selecting the same configuration, and saving to pull down the updated standard configuration. If you are running a custom configuration you will need to swap the ReadingTypeId values. Fan should have a ReadingTypeId of 9 and Drum should have a ReadingTypeId of 7.
