Fan Speed
Working to dial in my fan speeds on 3KG, what I detected as my low settings with the lighter (34) is leaving chaff coming out the front at beginning of roast, obviously too low a low right?

Drum speed was at 50, which i think was much too low. Working with 70-80 drum now which does seem to help. This is 3KG roaster with full 6.6 lb batches. Does that faster drum speed sound closer to where it should be?
Yes You need more loft to increase airflow through the seeds and increase convective heating.
