I just finished my first week on my MCR-1 using RoastPath.

Overall a great experience, but both the roaster and software are taking some getting used to.

I roast full time on a 1993 Probat LN12 using a combination of manual logging/Typica, for Spearhead Coffee in Paso Robles, Ca. We call her big red and she is a work horse, but has pretty limited control over air/drum.

Roastpath has been rad.

Being able to log so many data points and then review, print, and analyze results.

I will be sure to post a separate topic with a little better review of RoastPath as soon I jot down some note😄
