Great question. My guess is you are struggling with getting the bearing off the drum shaft. Here are some tips to help with that:

• Grease the shaft with a light oil, like a 3-in-1 machine oil. To reduce friction and allow the bearing to come off easier.
• Remove the center shaft bolt (if one is present).
• Make sure the bearing doesn't get out of alignment on the shaft as you work it off because it can bind even worse.
