Mac Update Assistance
Just updated 2.1 (Stable) version and having intermittent connection issues. See screenshots.
I am sorry to hear the new version of the App is giving you some issues. I just sent you an email with a link to schedule a meeting with our support team. We look forward to trouble shooting the issue and helping to find a solution.
I also need support after updating to sequoia on my Mac.
Can you share with me which previous version of the RoastPATH software you reverted to with success? I am having the same issue since I just upgraded to Sequoia on my Mac.
1.8.1118 seems to be working fine. We've had two full roast days with no disconnects.
Aloha - we had a similar experience with a prior release and stayed on an older version. No intermittent interruptions or disconnections on version 1.5.1122.2605.
I'm on macOS Sequoia 15.3.2.
I downloaded 1.7.1815.3131 and it's seeming to work for now. I have roasts planned for tomorrow evening so we shall see.
