Please advise: Adjusting the position of the roasting hatch.
The door or hatch for the roasting machine (the door that releases roasted coffee) is having a hard time closing. What is the best way to adjust it to get it to open and close smoothly?

Adjustments like this are relatively easy, once you know where it's hitting and how to correct it. The guys will walk you thorough the adjustment, but they have to see what are dealing with.
