RoastPath not reading sensors at all

Hello, RoastPath won't connect to my roaster at all. I can't get any of the data logging software to work at all.

Please help. I have an MCR-3 with the new control panel just added last year.

Hi Tommy - what are you using for your roaster configuration on the portal?

I set it up in multiple variations. I tried every possible combination with the mcr-3 roaster and nothing will get roastpath to read the sensor. Sometimes it shows the bridge and sensors as working but it’s not displaying any of the read outs on the profile screen.

Tommy, check your com port setting in the Roastpath Bridge: https://portal.roastpath.com/forums/topic/no-temperature-readings-b...reen-check

You may have to change the com port assignment to connect.

Had to switch to com4 and that solved all the issues. Seems the bridge was struggling to connect initially but I switched to web service port 9015 and that seemed to solve the problem.
