Unable to start new roast on RoastPATH

Hi, I am unable to start a new roast on RoastPATH. It is almost as if the program has not completed a roast as all buttons are greyed out. I have done lots of uninstalls and re-installs, but no success. The software did work on this laptop until a few months ago. The laptop is running Windows 11. I have a much older laptop currently connected that is working with RoastPATH, but this laptop is on its way out. Not sure if anybody else had this issue? Screen after startup is as here below:
