Sensors are in red no readings
I followed the quick start guide and its not seeing my sensors 2020 1kg machine
I get the same here with my MCR500 - Phidget. Sensors are red.
If you haven't already done so please email support@millcityroasters.com and we will troubleshoot your connection issues.
Bizbad and I are going to video chat tomorrow to get a fix in place. Probably a driver or a comm port assignment issue.
Yeah it’s more likely gonna be the driver they’re gonna have you download. Aziz solved this issue for me in a few seconds and it’s been working and translating data just fine since.
