投稿: Solution for Expired Subscription Message in the App
Hey everyone - A few users are reporting an error message in the RoastPATH app noting their subscription is expired even when it is not. This typically happens when a user remains logged in over long periods of time and the app doesn’t get a chance to call back to the server to check subscription details.
The fix: Log out, restart the app, and log back in to refresh your subscription details.
We’ll work on a permanent fix for this so you don’t see this error. Thanks for your patience.
Hi Sid,
If you are having issues with connection check out the RoastPATH Help Center for articles on troubleshooting connections or reach out to support@roastpath.com for more help.
Roast Replay is our automation functionality inside RoastPATH. Roast Replay can automatically adjust setting on a roaster based on the settings from a previous roast. It is only available for use with Digital series MCR Roasters that have had a Firmware update.
For more information on Replay check out this article, Is my roaster Roast Replay ready? And to request a Firmware update for a Digital series Roaster reach out to support@roastpath.com .
Manual Roasters can use RoastPATH to manually follow previous recorded roasts but are unable to be automated using Roast Replay.
Hope this helps,
Karsten

Hi Meg,
Thank you for the bug report and feedback. The "Single Origin %" bug you are seeing is a known bug on Web. It will be fixed in the next web update (hopefully out next week).
Till then you should be able to edit your Single Origin coffee in the App without issue.
