I roast at Blue Jazz Coffee. Started as a hobbyist in 1997 and roasting professionally since 2016. I roast on a Diedrich IR-24, Jabez Burns 2 bag roaster reconditioned and redesigned from the early 1930's, and Mill City 2K Digital. In the past I've roasted on a popcorn popper, HGBM (Heat Gun Bread Machine) DIY self made 1 lb roaster, and a Quest M3.
