We use to own Symmetry Coffee in Ocala, FL a specialty coffee shop and roastery. We sold the shop to a friend needing to move back to SC to help take care of our elderly parents. Now we are opening a coffee cart, and renovating an old 69 Shasta Trailer into a mobile coffee shop. We are still roasting our quality coffees and always looking for new and innovative ways to share great locally roasted coffee with our communities.
