Yes, from the dashboard on the web portal there is a button on the top right to 'Import Roast'. This will let you select an .alog file to upload. If it gives you any trouble just let me know.

That should be all you need to do to update the app. To verify your current app version go to the top left navigation menu > About. Current app version is 1.1.2219.xxxx.

This sounds like it could be a cable issue. Please check that you are using a serial RS485/422 to USB cable and that it is functioning properly.
