Roast logs... how far can we look back?

I was wondering if we can look further back into our roast history?

The dashboard shows the most recent profiles for quick reference but all profiles are stored under their associated coffees. At this time while we are still in beta, there is no limit to how many profiles you can store so check the coffee to find the profiles.
